Science: Health and Fitness

What I eat:
At breakfast, I don't really have a fixed routine on what I eat. I just eat either leftovers from dinner, something from the drawer or I just have an apple.

At lunch, I just eat whatever the school serves but if they serve something I don't really like then i will just wait till I get home and then eat lunch.

At dinner, there would usually be at least rice and some sort of vegetable. If there is no rice then there would be noodles. The vegetables I like is choi sam, broccoli and cabbage. After the dinner, I would always eat a fruit, usually a banana, an apple or an orange and sometimes even all three.

My Exercise:
On Monday, I have a one hour tennis lesson.
On Tuesday, I have another tennis lesson as an after school activity.
On Wednesday, I have P.E class (physical education) at school.
On Thursday, I have another P.E class at school.
On Friday, I don't have any exercise excluding walking.
On Saturday, I have table tennis, golf training and swimming.
On Sunday, I don't have any exercise but sometimes I go to golf with my parents.
I now try to walk the dog around Hong Lok Yuen every night if I have time.

Gym
When I was in year 7, I went to the gym a lot in the week and ate healthy foods sometimes at dinner. After year 7, I didn't have any spare time to go to the gym and my dad canceled my gym membership because he needs to pay monthly and now I can't go to the gym anymore. When I was still going to the gym, i was losing weight (actually, i am losing mass) but after year 7, I started to gain weight again and for my New Years Resolution, I am going to write down "LOSE SOME WEIGHT (MASS)".
